Barbara and I were married in December and a few months later received word from Jacoby that he had purchased the Tom Packs elephants and had cancelled our contract for the 1960 season.
So there we sat without a days work.
With my folks having just bought a new home we had to rework things so Barbara gave up her Oldsmobile and trailer and me, her and Ben started out life together over the 5th wheel in front the bull truck.
