Madison Sq. Garden #1 (From Jerry Digney)

Game changer for circus, end of an era, we think: after 100 years of circus shows at Madison Square Garden, its highest visibility and most prestigious U.S. engagement for a century, and for decades its first engagement of the season (numbering as many as 9 weeks in the 1970s), Ringling won't appear at the Garden in 2013, which has just been refurbished. is this a permanent move? and has East Rutherford, Brooklyn and Nassau become the new Garden?

Dolan's Cablevision bought 50% of

the Garden in 94 & the other half

in 97 so he is in total control

He also controls the Theater at MSG

as well as Radio City Music Hall

& the Beacon Theater in NY
