So perfect that when you squint, it could easily be the real thing. The only thing I wonder about is why the builder didn't create a realistic surface, grass, dirt, etc. Otherwise pretty amazing layout.
The set of model photos are great -for me, especially the tent. They even makes me want to reconsider trying to model Barnum & Bailey's show train sections as they ran here 1898 & 1899 - of course, with the flats correctly loaded! Problems? - here we use 4mm to 12 inches (00)scale so size! plus many wagons on the flats were cut down to run here! Guess why I'm still reconsidering?!!
