Right, and with Castle, we played the Calgary Stampede Building. Two tiger cubs were born there, and I promptly named them Gable and Gypsy. Castle kissed up to the locals telling them the names were Cal and Berta, which made the papers, but my names stuck. This was an impressive building, and all through their corridors they posted 8 x 10s of the circus acts who had played there.
Notice the plug for Banff. This is where they shot Parley Baer's final feature film, LAST OF THE DOGMEN. Not long after wrap, Parley suffered his first stroke, which took his speech and ended his career.
