I think this was owned by the Webbs

Later it was owned by Art Concello

Not sure if there were any Russells

No bros., but a Mrs. In 1928, Claude E. Webb had Webb Bros. 2-Ring Circus. For '29, he enlarged the thing and retitled it Russell Bros. for his wife Pauline's maiden name. In mid '43, they sold out to Art Concello, who toured it in '44 as Clyde Beatty-Russell Bros.
