This is indeed an old Hagenbeck-Wallace Cage. It was in the Washington Park Zoo in Michigan City, Indiana for many years. Our good friend, Jim Elliott, bought it in 1972. Ollie Miller restored it. Jim owns it to this day. It is stored in Peru at the Circus City Festival Wagon Shop.

I'm not sure of the year of this shot, nor whose animal this is. Pat Anthony lent his cats for the parade, maybe at least once, but better historians need to tell us when.
