I will ride by this facility on
Thursday evening at about 8:30pm
in my sleeping compartment on the
Silver Star heading up to NYC
I break up my air travel a few
times each year riding the rails
Internet service on the trains
is sketchy at best so maybe no
Blog entries until Saturday
I would love to take a trip by train..
That is kind of crazy as almost all of our local school buses have WIFI now for the kids to use to do their school work while riding the bus. You might try using your cell phone as a mobile hotspot ( small charge to up grade ) just have to make sure you leave your phone charging. Verizon charges us about another 40.00 per month for five of us on our plan. Just a tiny bit little slower then fiber land line. p.j.
School busses stay within a defined
area unless they are hijacked PJ
East Coast rail lines travel through
some VERY rural way out of the way
areas which have NO SERVICE at all
I DON'T DO any kinda hotspots as my
cel phone is only for limited calls
No Texts No Messages No Newfangled
Cel service as well as internet is
very limiting to say the least
A day off might be very good for all
Kenny told me that they have
weekend flea markets on the
back lot past the grandstand
with a separate entrance
(I think that the grandstand
is very long gone)
I will also look out for the
Strates train cars between
Kissimmee & Orlando at about
7pm which will be on the East
side of the tracks on their
own siding spur
Travel safely and enjoy the trip.
