Look's like a Tommy and Struppi Hanneford ring curb, just a guess.
I think it's Big Apple
Buckles attire would indicate BAC.
BIg Apple had a better ring curb.
Sorry, but I can't tell a bloody thing from what little is shown here of a ring curb, but I can tell you with complete veracity that the Woodcocks were on BAC in 1988 and this is the costume Buckles wore. I sent Buckles a copy of a photo I took of him and Barbara back then and I believe the same photo is on Barbara's Facebook page.
Paul - a friendly wager. I will betcha a lunch/dinner at the Suburban Diner on Route 17 in Paramus that this photo is not BAC.
Try the veal.

Maybe BAC rented the ring curb and carpet from Hanneford or a clever photo shop moment at work Mike ?

Well, if it was Big Apple the buggy would enter straight into the ring and not be in a parallel position to the break in the curb.
It would be unlikely for BAC to have an open ended piece of ring curb where you can see the inside, they would of had a piece of wood to cover up the end.
I am waiting for the blog master or Lady of the Blog to comment.

I submit that that is in fact a BAC ring curb, out of place yes, so I further submit this was taken at a BAC dress rehearsal.
Hell & damnation it's too bloody late anymore. I admit after checking that I am not 100% sure now, but somebody PLEASE TELL ME when Buckles would have worn a BAC costume anywhere other than BAC ! I'm going to hit the sack . . . real hard!!
