Harriett and Clyde Beatty were on the Cole show, beginning on the pre-season winter engagements of 1935, to the premier season of what was called The Miracle Show--Cole Bros. and Clyde Beatty Circus with Allen King. This came after Beatty's final conflict with Sam Gumpertz, in 1934, led him to sever ties with any Ringling-held interest. They remained on Cole-Beatty through mid-season 1938, when Cole folded, and they finished out the year on the sister show, Robbins Bros.
