My first thought was that this was Pietro(?) Blacaman. But looking at the vehicles in the background, I'm not sure. I believe Blacaman died in 1949, but the vehicles in the picture might be of later manufacture. Any other ideas?

This is Joe Hallworth doing "BLACAMAN " on the Gil Gray Show mid 50's.
Yes, it is. But the spelling is Horwath, which he pronounced as HOR-vath.
The dude has a great hairdo.
Joe's was a wig, but Blacaman's was a 1930s Afro that was all business. These cross-pieces around the bottom make this a Court arena.
