Ole Whitey said...: W C Richards was Wesley Cisco Richards, of the Richards family that operated under various titles and that sold "Richards Bros Circus" to the Mills brothers.

The three brothers were Henry B "Boss", W C and Franco D, all sons of Andrew Jackson
"Red" Richards.

I believe Franco Richards, Jr was the last of his family to own a circus- Ring Bros also called Trapeze Bros one year.; 26 June, 2015 16:54
