A month or so ago I was sitting at my computer in deep thought when my wife dropped off a letter saying a gentleman wanted an autographed photo for his collection and had included two dollars for postage.
Some weeks later I picked out a couple pictures and after rummaging around to find the letter for a return address, discovered that he didn't want a picture at all but was a Numismatic and wanted me to autograph the Two Dollar Bill.
I asked my wife what became of the money and she said she gave it to me, then I calmly explained that I hadn't seen a #%$*/! 2 dollar bill since I was on the Pawnee Bill Wild West Show in 1902.
Well, today it finally turned up, she had put it in old purse for safe keeping.
Now we are looking for the letter for the return address.
(To top it off, I tried to include a photo of the signed bill for the Blog but it wouldn't enter, now I am probably being investigated by the FBI.....too much excitement for one day.)

I've got a few deuce greenbacks
if anyone had a great need but
I'm glad you found it (I don't
have any three dollar bills but
I certainly know quite a few)
My buddy tried to get change for
a thirty at a bar so they gave
him 2 fifteens (ta dum dum)
Chic,
I have a three dollar bill given to me by Smoky Jones. Someone saw it and said, "Oh are they making those now?"
I'd guess it has Smoky's image
in the oval Billie Lou
