Please note that Wally Naughtin passed away and that his memorial is
scheduled for 12-13-14 at the Showfolks Club in Gibsonton. No other information
nor a contact for his wife Doris is known at this point.

Gee, I can sure remember when Wally was a flyer and Rex Williams the Catcher in the late 50's/60's. Then he started with the bears. I always felt as an American born, that he was the best bear trainer I have met and had a great group of bears on RBBB along with his wife Doris, Wally Jr, and Rene Turcio. Presented in all Three rings, I believe 17 bears in all. Wally always was very helpful when it came to questions I would ask him about bears, along with other bear trainers I have gotten to know who are no longer with us; Walter Klauser, Emil Palenberg, Albert Rix, Ursala Boetcher , R.E.Leonard, Buckey Steel, Johnny Welde Sr, and Derrick Rosaire . A true honor to have had the great privilege of crossing paths with these ladies and gentlemen in the circus world.
