Great 3-D shot of filming.
The front set of legs is probably the focus puller and the back two guys left is the photographer and the right guy with the legs and hat is De Mille, so he can look though the camera viewfinder to check the scene.
The 3-strip Technicolor camera weights 600 pounds and the 3 guys plus what ever else they have up there.

This shot was not included in the 3-reel View-Master Ringling series but rather in the 3-reel View-Master set on California.
