On July 23, the ICHoF honored four
clowns: Dougie Ashton, Paul Wenzel, Chuck Burnes & Swede Johnson by adding
their names to the roll of honor at the Hall of Fame in Baraboo, Wisconsin.

I first met many RBB folks in '57, their 1st season minus canvas. I was almost overwhelmed to meet Fay Alexander, just returned from filming TRAPEZE, at the D'Hiver, in Paris. I had already memorized that picture, and was shaking hands with the man whose flying made it work. Chuck Burnes was a featured clown by then, a fixture on the show. Congratulations, Chuck, on your well-deserved election.
