We have the herd brushed off, with headpieces on, looking like they are ready for the ring, and somebody strung hay in front of them. When I had Mary, Sue, and Margie, on Clyde Bros., we had them ready like this an hour early, when Frenchie decided the poor girls were hungry. He laid out 2 bales of alfalfa, which vanished by showtime. The ring was level to the curbs with results that were thick and green.
