Old friends Paul Ingrassia and Jim Elliot. Two of the "good guys" It was certaily another fine evning social at our club honoring great circus folks, the Woodcocks. I am pleased MR and I were in attendance and that the Woodcocks wood enjoy being singled out. Also the food was delicious. Up to standards of any fine dining. So again our club has been a nice part of our social life here in Sarasota, the circus capitol of the world and a nmarvelous place to live.
Jim, you are far alone in that I really need to lose some weight category. I should have hiked to Sarasota, would have had a great time when I got there and most assuredly would have lost a lot of pounds along the way.
Thin may be in, but fat's where it's at? Naw that just doesn't work!
I am still in heaven over the wonderful time we had last Sat. at the Show Folks Club. And I can't get over all the people that turned out to be with us on this occasion. Wow what a blast. I would like to thank one & all for coming out to be with us. It had been a long time since I had seen "Huerta Klauser Cuneo" ( sorry if I spelled it wrong as I have never been good at names.) She & I go way back to when I was married to Rex Williams. We were both kids. So I enjoyed talking to her very much. I believe it was the "Tom Packs Circus" we were on together. I remember I was so impressed with their family Bear Act. It was first class all the way. And they were nice people on top of that......Barbara......

One more piece of evidence to prove I REALLY need to LOOSE some weight.
It was a very enjoyable night. I am sure everyone enjoyed it.
This photo shows that seating went
into the overflow area due to the
tremendous attendance (even if a few
dozed off from liquid refreshment)

The murals have held up remarkably
well over the years but sadly missed
are the stunningly tiny web girls
that hung on the tiny webs (I think
they were by Norma "La Norma" Fox)
who stays the stunning pixie as ever
Jackie's "digital domain" story
about a "Download From My Hardrive"
was a terrific way to explain about
the birds & the bees to the kiddies
of this internet age

It was a delightful evening, but what else could it be with such talented guest. You either have it, or you don't, and they had it. Jackie LeClaire
