This great image represents tons of collective circus history with countless photos, letters and documentation that these men accomplished to help preserve the history of the circus for generations to come.
Many of your younger followers may never know the extent of their work and how much they covered over the years.
Thanks Buckles,
Bob

Their backs must have been to the lake. Most Soldier Field pix have the Michigan Avenue hotels in the background. A couple of times they played right inside the SF stadium and also a time or two in the field south of the stadium.
Otto Scheimann found a place for us to camp in South Bend while on our off time.
I tended the elephants while my folks visited the show that day and later traveled over myself on the South Shore Rail Line that had a depot right at Soldier Field.
