The children of Hiram Orton were seven in number, four boys Miles, Lester, Dennis and R.Z. (my grandfather) and three girls Hattie, Irene and Celeste. Miles became an outstanding bareback rider and was said to have originated the Peter Jenkins act (drunk act).
