He was in town booking the big three: Clyde Beaty Cole Bros, King Bros, and Sells and Gray.
I would go to his motel room and what jack pots. Hell he had the dope on them all.
I think he stayed drunk the whole time he was in town.
But what stories from the past and was the pided piper to me. Very gracious to a young fan who was like a sponge for his circus stories.
He knew how to get publicity for Al G. Kelly and Miller Bros.
I am sure he is the one that came with, last of the circus see it now or miss it forever in 1956 for Kelly Miller.
It was a real pleasure for this fan to meet him.
