My dad wrote on the back:
"Cuero, Texas 11/24/50. Fuzzy Plunkett and family visited and I had Cook House put the little boy up on "Anna May".

I suspect Cook House was the handlers name? Reminds me of the goof aah fellow that cleaned props for me and Charly. I nicknamed him Coffeebreak...

The last years of Fuzzy's career were spent training animals for Lone Star Brewery, in San Antonio. It was really a plum job--good woking conditions, appreciative bosses, all minus the travails of the road. I attended his funeral services there, along with Gopher and Termite Davenport.

My Uncle Nicky worked at the Buckhorn Saloon for Lone Star for many years. I sent him this photo, and he wrote back (via my Aunt)

Yes, that is Fuzzy. Lone Star had a stagecoach that had miniature horses (6 or 8) pulling it and Fuzzy trained them and he drove the stagecoach in parades across Texas. He also trained dogs for people and put on dog shows in parades. Nicky said they knew each other well and had many private conversations. He enjoyed his company alot. Nicky left Lone Star in January, 1976 and thinks he was still employed by Lone Star at that time and thinks he became a tour guide at the Buckhorn after he(Nicky) left. He was a short, friendly guy. Said he could talk your leg off with his stories.
