G’day Buckles,

I tried to post this message on your blog, but unfortunately it didn’t work. The photos of the Ringling show and ride were in Venice back on December 26th, 1990, Gee Gee gave Elaine and I two passes to the dress rehearsal. We were at your place shortly before that. As for the photo of me and Tommy, Elaine took that on our first out of town date in Toledo, Ohio at a Shrine date, back in April 1986. Lee didn’t want to wear the jacket, so I went in on Spec. with it on. As for the hook, it wasn’t a Smokey Jones hook, he wanted $400.00 for one with a buffalo covered grip, a lot more than what I could afford on a mere zoo keeper wage. I had Roy Wells help with the design.
