While this stand from 1948 is not as spectacular as some of those seen earlier, it still required a tremendous amount of effort to not only climb and hang the banners centered and square from the second story of the building. I suspect there are few business owners today who would accept a couple of tickets in exchange for having a cloth banner nailed into the side of their building for a couple of weeks.
