The last two are a question for you. If this pictures is labeled correctly why do these Ringling headpieces look so similar to the Tom Mix headpieces seen below?

I'd say this was the Beatty Show also, same style headpieces.

Why are the headpieces identical to the Tom Mix elephant headpieces? Isn't that odd as headpieces like tub's are normally a "unique" to the act/individual?

Appear to be pretty standard type cheap made headpieces of those days.

I agree, but don't you think it is odd for two show's to have identical headpieces unless they were purchased with an act or bought after an act was disbanded? I have never heard of buying a set of liberty harness off someone to reuse for another act, have you?
