Tarzan The Ape Man #4

Tarzan’s first animal fight in the film is a hand-to-paw encounter with a leopard. (The action takes place at a sufficient distance from the camera so that a stunt double could easily have been used with few audience members the wiser.)

Didn't Damoo talk about this in his book? He mentioned that he practiced over and over with his leopard but never put on the body color to change his skin until the take and then he almost got killed because his leopard didn't recognize him.
