Paul Moutier, "Chesty" Flemish Belgian and my father was of the same decent and often spoke the language together. Here he is dressed in a Satire of Sonya Heini, with the big skates. In his younger day he had been a hand balancer. I saw him do a one hand one time on a guy rope. Wonderful man whome everyone loved. They called him Chesty and for his size he had a big chest and would wear a low neck open collar and make up way down to his chest. Jackie LeCLaire
