Richard Reynolds said...: The huge FDR portraits were used in the finale for 1942. Girls climbed up the sides of each and at the dramatic moment they lit sparklers.

The day I saw it in Atlanta one of the sparklers ingnited a trapping or costume as I recall. There was a moment of panic.; 28 June, 2011 12:00
