From Chris Berry #2

Incidentally, the two elephants behind us -- Aussan and Sarah -- are the last of the Circus Williams herd still performing on the Ringling Red Unit. Both born in 1957, they were among the group that Gunther Gebel-Williams brought over from Germany when he joined the show.

I remember this building from 1994.
A long ramp going down.
We squeezed in 23 elephants, a few had to stand on the ramp.
At least they were out of the God-Awful heat we had at the Fairgrounds.

Only expected to go up to 114 for todays Red Unit "load out" from Phoenix. I can't remember the last time I saw a final performance on a Monday at 11:00 AM??? ~frank

Is it possible that also Baby is still with the red unit, or has she been transfered from there?

I think she came from Williams as well?
