George Denman, Wm. Larain (Rattlesnake Bill)and Tom Lynch.
I wonder if this was taken just before the 5-Graces was shipped from Sarasota to Peru for use by H-W in its parades. They did some occasional parades in 1933 and then as regular feature in 1934.
But, hold on, I think Denman had taken ill before that. So, maybe the pic is much earlier.

George Denman left the show mid-season of 1933 and replaced by his assistant Bill Emory.
Denman died in 1937.
