More on the Green Hornet #3

GH-3, originally uploaded by bucklesw1. This scene showing the leopard mauling the reporter does NOT appear in the TV episode. (The leopard attack in the TV version consists of a shot showing the leopard leaping at the camera, followed by a shot showing the reporter, or more likely his stunt double, crashing backwards through a window.) It seems unlikely that this scene was specially staged for the View-Master photographer, and it’s quite possible that the mauling was filmed but never used. (A script change might have been made on the set after the leopard reportedly bit someone.)
