Great shot.

You notice the "reserves" (chairs) down the middle and the jacks and stringers along the sidewalls.

Standard set-up for rep shows and the like if the top was wide enough, if not the blues went in the back.

Rep shows had a bandstand to one side of the stage but of course with a minstrel show the band would be on stage.

You can bet they had a dandy candy pitch too.
