More 1930's Barnett Bros. #3

Picture #10 below might be misleading.
My father was a side show ticket seller with Barnett/Wallace
but was often called on should there be a muddy lot or to do a
Hospital show if the department was short handed.
The elephant boss in those days was Tommy "Daddy" Burns
as seen above in 1938.
Called "Daddy" due to his compassionate nature in looking
out for others and seen here concerned about the welfare of
the young ladies.
Though this could misconstrued, it is general knowledge that
elephant men are best known for their high moral standards.
