In my childhood I once asked my father why he didn't have any hair, he immediately explained that while serving as a Scout he had been caprured by the Indians and scalped.
After thinking this over I asked him if he had fought them in a war to get even and he stated, "I did indeed and in fact I am the only person who ever made Chief Sitting Bull stand up!"
