Looks like Mugivan and Bowers spelled it Howe's and not Howes on this Baraboo-built wagon originally with Dode Fisk. It's another instance of a ticket wagon that could double in parade. Could be that this and the Moeller fabricated bandwagon, also on the same show, taught the Turk and his partner the virtues of drop frame wagon construction, which was often seen on their later shows.
