From Casey Gibbs

Hello friends,

If you have not heard, dear Walter Patterson passed away peacefully this morning. The visitation will be Monday, with the services on Tuesday. I do not have the specifics of where the services will be held in Nashville, but if I do obtain them soon, I will let you all know.

What a lifelong friend to me and my family. Wendy is in Nashville with her mother, Ruthie.

I am so sorry to read this.

I check the Nashville obits every morning and this has not appeared yet.

I knew Walter for many years- since he and Ruth were with the Zacchinis back in the fifties.

I last saw him when he went through the Scottish rite class several years ago. He had worked as a union stage hand here in town since leaving the road.

All our sympathies go to the family.

Our hearts and prayers are with Ruthie and Wendy. Walter was a unique individual, athlete, gymnast, acrobat , performer, from the Flying Zacchini's, Mr. Bell , Walt and Wendy- whatever he did, he did it well . I'm sure he and Dinky are cutting a few jackpots as we speak, along with Donnie and Eddie. An era gone by. God Bless ! Kay and Robert Parker and Family
