The #2 and #3 shots are obviously RBBB, a "high quality show." Wagon 104 was one of several cylindrical tank water wagons. #101 was a wardrobe trunk wagon. They are listed in RBBB loading orders starting in 1927. There are none known between 1920 and 1926. The ladies hats might determine the time frame. Looks like a dog wagon in the background and the #6_ wagon and the one to the left of it are likely for props. The presence of the baggage stock suggests pre-1938. #104 was also re-assigned to a cage in 1939. A guess is late 1920s to early 1930s. Further study of details might refine the date.

Correction, unidentified shots #1 and 2, not 2 and 3. RBBB also changed water tank designs, between cylinder and flat box, which might refine the date.
