The more I look at this photo, the lot must have been a land fill?
A lot of power being used to move the canvas wagon and no sign of any mud on shoes or wheels or bulls. However iron stakes on a soft lot?

Looking at the public I can see how one could turn a tip with a fat lady grind show back in the day. To much competition walking around at the local shopping mall now days.

Bert Pettus told me he "was one of the Barnett Bros." He always wore a captain's cap like the man at extreme R, but I can't tell if it's him. Maybe Sandy Pettus Fulbright could tell us.
