Boy, what a nice hit. You'll never see anything like this again.

There are at least seventy-four sheets of paper here: four 8-sheet dates (sometimes called "Bull Dates"), a 16-sheet title, a 16-sheet pictorial of Beatty's act, four individual 2-sheet pictorials; that's seventy-two. Then up here on the right end they posted the top of an 8-sheet date underneath a date bringing the total seen to seventy-four.

With the exception of the bill showing Beatty's act, which was just used a few years, the other paper was used for most of the years the Beatty show was out. In fact two of the 2-sheet pictorials were re-titled to read Beatty-Cole and continued to be used into the early 1960s.

I have always liked the title only posters, as in this photo. the Ringling show had a lot of different ones over the years and I'm sure that others did too.
I wonder how many of these type posters hve survived.
