I believe the little lady is Miss Jenny Reynolds. An old friend of hers once took me to visit her at home here in Nashville. Jack Earl you know. Earl may not be the correct spelling.
Didn't the Tallest Man in the World become Mayor of Gibtown for a time?
Not sure if it was the same fellow but "The Giant's Fishing Camp" was a local Gibtown attraction run by a retired showman It may still be there along 41
They tore down "The Giants camp" last year...It was started and run by Al Tomaini (Tall Man) and his Wife Jeanie (1/2 girl)...they are both deceased...
