Busy day tomorrow!

I hold in my hands a document that states:

1. DO NOT eat or drink anything after midnight.
2. Take all your morning medications EXCEPT betablockers.
3. This test will take MOST OF THE DAY including X-ray pictures both in the morning and afternoon, do not schedule other appointments as they may conflict.
4. If you have any questions regarding this test, call and ask to talk with the nuclear technician.

In short, "No more Mr. Nice Guy!"

If this is the nuclear heart

test that I had 3 years ago

during the early testing set

it was really a non event

and not at all invasive

I just returned from a pair

of arterial flow ultrasounds

and next week I should learn

the results of the last few

weeks of assorted tests in

a medical review with the

Cardiologist

Here's to hoping for good

news for both of us

I would be delighted to have such a distinguished and sage gentleman as your good self join the ranks of the NSTG...Nuclear Stress Test Gang (I've had two...and I'm just a "kid"), but rather we belonged to something more refined and of a less health oriented nature such as The Loyal Order of Raccoons.
Diane and I have every hope and expectation of your coming through all this with flying colors and back on THE BLOG.

Join the Club Buckles....... Both Rudi and I have had three of these Nuclear Stress tests each.

By so many of your readers that have had it, It seems to be very popular.

The last one Rudi had three weeks ago it was discovered that he had a 99% blocked artery, Delighted to say after Angioplasty & a Stent he is feeling great!

Our prayers are with you.
Sue.

Something of a coincidence...I'm heading into the exact same thing, with more MRIs and scans from here to November. But what could I expect--I'm nearly 50 years of age.

I had one of these about 3 years ago. I`m a big man, biggest problem for me was how narrow the table was on the scanner. I`m very thankful that mine showed no blockage. I pray that your`s comes out the same.
