Buckles --- Although a little blurry, if I'm not mistaken, this appears to be part of the Silverlake Family --- my Grandfather Brownie, Grandmother Josephine, Aunt Myrna, and Great Grandfather Archie. I'd have to check with Aunt Myrna to verify what show this was. ------ Brad
I think you're right Brad. I never knew Archie but I should have recognized Brownie. Brownie would yell, "Tie him up and turn him loose!" as Marcus and Franklin came trotting into the ring in that "gargo" outfit.
Knowing what a mainstay that gag was in the family well before I ever came along, I can say that it was quite an honor to have had the opportunity to play the role of the back end while Mel Ray took the front....all at the direction of none other than Col. Mel Silverlake. I really thought I had made the "big time" since the back end had the speaking parts. ----- Brad
