Note a house trailor parked in the back yard. Quite unusual for nthe big railroad show. An omen of things to come.

The omen is: most of the current Ringling Gold can actually fit INTO that little house trailer.

WHERE DOES ONE FIND RINGMASTERS THESE DAYS?

Copy and Paste and you will see:

Chuck Wagner as Rapunzel's Prince in INTO THE WOODS, late 80's, on Broadway.

The talented Mr. Wagner was featured as the volunteer father from the audience in the 136th edition of Ringling and is currently the official Ringmaster of the newly opened 138th Blue Show.

Mr. Wagner has impressive theatrical credentials and a singing voice to match.

In the clip you'll see the two princes, brothers, sing about AGONY in regards to their love life. Mr. Wagner is the blonde.

Into the Woods was one of few Broadway shows my wife and I ever left at intermission. Starred Bernadette Peters as I recall.
Stephen Sondheim is a great lyricist but his music is an acquired taste and what I thought would be a romantic fantasy turned out to be all about tree huggers.

I just saw the pictures of the
tents from the 1800's(02/09/08)
I'll bet Eric Jaeger could put one
of those tents up.
But he might have to get David LaBlanc to help him.

I worked at a theater when Into the Woods played and have no memory of the show except the words of the Prince saying "I was raised to be charming, not sincere". The first reality show. cc

This is off-subject but I see Johnny's comments up above.

The picture you ran of him and Cindy and the twins was hands down the best picture ever on the blog.

How about some updates???

They were all at the Club following the Dolly Bros. dress rehearsal.
The girls had a full head of steam cutting di-do's on the stage in the Ball Room.

Derrick,
As long as we could have a production meeting at "Off Center" before we got started, I think we could work it out. All the best to you and the Rosaire clan! Pee Wee will be sending you and Wade a special greeting.

Eric Jaegar,
Tell Pee Wee if it is one of his patented salutation's to "townie's", he can keep it. I still have a box full, even after I shared with yourself and Paul.
Wade Burck

P.S. Ask him about the day he and Ben Dewayne and Peggy were rocking and rolling, and Mr. Cuneo thought he heard the phone ring in the office. He was pretty "colorful" that day.
