Ah yes! It's that time again.

null_B & T, originally uploaded by bucklesw1.

When Jim Peterson took this picture of me, "Toto" and Karen Parkinson 20 years ago, I figured that it was all down hill from this point and I was right.
Today, having mastered the "old man's waddle", I can still get things done but the once proud posture seen above now resembles Uriah Heep.
Thanks for the Birthday Greetings, the highlight of today's activities will occur this afternoon at the "Chunky Cheese" in Brandon where I am taking the grandkids.

Happy Birthday Captain! When kids are involved everyone's birthday ends up at a kids place. Have a good time but don't get stuck in the crawl tubes like I do. Many happy more.

Ain't getting older fun. I use to get ready for work in less than an hour. It now is a two hour procedure has I leisurely make the coffee, peruse the paper, and most important -- check Buckles' Blog.

Happy Birthday and many more!

Let me add to the Happy Birthdays. My older son Max turned 21 yesterday. As a gag, gave him a business card from a bail bonds establishment and said, "Now you're on your own." Fifty years from now I hope he can look back on a career that provided at least half as much excitement and accomplishment as yours.

And could you ever have guessed that you'd end up the defacto publisher of The Billboard.

Happy Birthday, Buckles! Thank you for the service you provide. Just a quick question if you don't mind, I noticed in this picture you had a 'cane' hook. Do you prefer these or the straight handled? Just curious.

This may be a little late, but here goes. HAPPY BIRTHDAY BUCKLES!
I will never forget the conversations we have had, as we rode together to various functions.
Especially THE GREAT MILWAUKEE PARADE! Hope you remember those days, as well as I do.

it's off the subject, but please let rebecca know how much we all miss her and her candid -- and knowedgable -- comments. we can only imagine what her contributions might have been lately, with the monte carlo awards and now the discussion about the best tiger trainer of all time. she pioneered the spirit of "i am woman, hear me roar" and held our interest completely.
