That little vehicle looks like a wagon shop special. They took a chariot off its wheels, put it on a wheeled platform, then sliced a skyboard in three pieces and wrapped it around the front. Voila, special elephant vehicle. Recycling of floast [and wardrobe] is alive and well today, too.
