Merry Christmas to Buckles, Barabara, and family and to all of the blogees who contribute to the Merriment of this blog every day. I Hope everyone has a safe and joyous one! Bob
Merry Christmas, a joyous holiday season, and a wonderful 2008 to all. For those where the white stuff falls, do stay warm!
Buckles, thanks for the Blog. Bet you never would have thought that in retirement when you started to mail out a few pictures, you'd reinvent The Billboard and The Clipper.
Seasons Greetings and Merry Christmas to the entire Woodcock family. Thanks to Buckles (and Shannon)we get a gift every day -- sure beats the Fruit of the Month Club.
Happy Holidays to all the bloggers. Your contributions, humorous, historical, or provocative are enjoyable reading, and occasional real gems. Thank you.
Here's something I was surprised to see, while on Google, looking for information on the great composer Victor Herbert, which was titled "America's First Superstar", I came to a meter stating "Welcome to our site, you are the 9,645 visitor in December." Could that be possible? We have done 24,269 as of yesterday.
Buckles, would you please consider writing a brief overview of your blog? The date it began, first picture posted, why you decided to it and stuff like that for those of us who discovered the blog more recently? I think many people would enjoy it.
Reading this blog has become part of my morning routine and I look forward to it daily- check emails, then straight to the blog! Thanks for all the great pictures, and for providing a place to meet with old friends (and others)..!
What a busy few days of kinfolk and Christmas! And the whole time I'm wondering what am I missing on Buckles Blog! Merry Christmas to you and yours Capt!
