I'll never forget the time We were playing a fair up in PA and Connie and Helga had to go home because of a fire at the house in Gibtown.
So I was asked to "help" Mr Welde and Johnny with the bear act. All I had to do was stand with the seated bears and keep them apart.
Boy did I use a lot of sugar cubes that time! But when your friends ask you'll help out when needed, that's what Mr Welde told Me!
Wonderful people and I miss them. Dick Dykes
