About the OABA meeting;concerning the USDA requesting Micro-chips for all animals. Does anyone know if there is a European model for such a progam ?

does anyone know about the 2 tall hanging pedastals in this photo?
they look quite slanted forward for them to be seats

David McMillan used slanted pedestals like this in his act which gave the tigers better leverage to do really long jumps.
