I'm reminded of a visit with Chuck Burnes when Frankie Saluto commenced a rant on hating buildings and longing for the Big Top days. Chuck snarled, "Right, Frankie, out in the heat, and rain, the cold and storms, and mud up to your ass on the lot. Boy, we miss that, don't we, since that's when circus was circus!"
