This elephant barn was constructed for them at the New York World's Fair at the Continental Circus in 1963
That show had some serious talent aboard, but the fair itself could not win an audience.
The fair actully did very well Enough so that it did a 2nd year The configuration was forced to have a few elements which included the Texas Music Hall the AquaCade & the circus on the South side of the Long Island Expressway which was their deathknel as you needed to take either the Monorail or a bus to get across to it But yes the show had great talent Roger
It was during that run that I 1st met the Woodcocks as I had a working fair pass with total access & parking
