"A" featured aerialist, 3 years later, told everyone we were married when we never were. I was astonished when people offered the usual congrats, and more so when one couple from "a" show's other unit even gave this aerial star an engraved wedding tray with both our names on it. It doesn't matter, but I'd bet she still has it.

This "Acme" office with it's
own printing shop was very
close to Frank McClosky's
lake front home on Via Tuscany
in Winter Park
Acme Circus Operating was
actually the corporate title
for just "The Beatty Show"
but in the business it was
known as the parent company
for both Sells & Gray as
well as King Bros
Sells & Gray was actually
Kit Circus Operating Co
& King Bros was actually
General Circus Operating
In the most recent but
very sadly now dormant
what became of "Beatty"
has the corporate title
Branchwater Productions
Few insiders know why
(& I aint tellin)
That Lake Geneva date
was on the grounds of
the Playboy Club Resort
A grand time was had by all
I was traveling with the show
at that time as I was engaged
to the featured aerialist as
well as providing additional
lighting equipment
As you can see my best friend
Kenny Dodd was there as well
I'll see Kenny this coming
week when I get back home
